To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔真係每兩個星期左右就會食一次,原因係佢分店多、水準穩定不過無論去到邊間譚仔,我都必點魚腐,原來係佢索到湯,而且又帶點豆味同埋魚味,無骨又唔會腥,食落覺得健康D另外一個我通常都會點既餸就係雞肉,雖然D雞肉上到枱係幾碎下,仲應該因為過熟而有少少老不過都無損我對雞肉既熱情,因為佢淡淡地雞味,唔會好似牛肉、豬潤咁整到個湯底濁晒至於個酸辣湯底就直情係正啦!!越食你個覺得個湯底越辣,越食越上癮嫁加埋D爽口既芽菜一齊食仲有唔同既口感雖然坐得逼D, 但食物質素真係蓋過了一切~~~
