黑門水產同朋友去銅鑼灣行街順便搵地方食飯,加寧街個頭都好多野食,見到呢間日本菜餐廳,環境幾cozy,有室外亦都有室內座位,血拼完再搵地方舒舒服服坐喺度食埋個日本料理,what a good Sunday~深海池魚薄切刺身魚生薄切半透明狀態,魚肉好新鮮,魚身仲好有彈性,配合酸酸地嘅豉油,好清新,係一種刺身嘅開胃菜~海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒呢個甲羅燒都用咗好多配料,有蟹肉、飛魚子、海膽、鵪鶉蛋同埋香蔥,師傅燒完會再即刻送返上枱,食落口仲係熱辣辣,蟹肉味好香,仲有鵪鶉蛋香味,用嚟點紫菜梳打餅食都幾夾。黑門令大漁魚子醬脆脆包就好似一個好豐盛嘅刺身tart,多士燒到香脆,再配合吞拿魚蓉同埋海膽同埋三文魚子,表面仲有啲魚子醬同埋脆脆做點綴,整體口感好豐富滿足~味噌燒飯團飯團燒到好香脆,上枱仲熱辣辣👍🏻玉子壽司玉子都幾大舊,蛋味香甜。三文魚壽司三文魚都算新鮮,壽司飯底係用咗醋飯,Size唔會太大,一啖食落口啱啱好。燒雞腎 & 燒雞心師傅用咗少少鹽燒,唔會有腥味,亦都唔靭,唔錯。柚子生啤 Yuzu Draught Beer 幾特別,生啤底另外配左啲柚子蜜,令到啤酒冇咁苦,仲有啲柚子香。赤魚一夜干赤魚肉身比較

赤魚一夜干
赤魚肉身比較厚實,啖啖肉,師傅燒嘅火候同時間都控制得幾好,魚皮外脆,裏面依然保持一定濕度,唔會太乾身。
