To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行十人為好朋友慶祝生日,成班都係Bino怪又鍾意飲酒,於是就去咗中環新開餐廳打邊爐。真係唔知叫當佢餐廳定酒吧?因為一入門口右手邊有張長長吧枱,但吧枱上面有電磁爐頭可以打邊爐。未齊人就幾個女仔飲少少happy hour先,呢間用中式酒調cocktails 好過癮。點咗蒜片和牛粒、八味豆腐、紫菜墨魚餅嚟佐酒,六十幾點碟好抵又惹味,其實仲想叫多幾樣,但係又怕食飽頂住食唔到魚生同打Bino,唯有忍手下次先叫!除咗吧枱,場中間幾張高枱,原來都有兩個爐頭打邊爐。最過癮係旁邊有3個包廂,目測每個可以坐6-8個人,不過得一個爐頭,我諗佢係預人坐呢啲包廂食小菜。最過癮係啲包廂名:「吹蕭亭」、「含春閣」、「撚雀園」⋯⋯好鬼賤格!終於等齊人上一樓大房開餐,嘩,好似入咗古裝劇啲屋咁樣,門窗屏風都古式古香。房入面張枱有3個電磁爐頭喺轉盤上面,個轉盤遙控慢慢氹氹轉,咁即係每個湯底都會經過每個人身面前,咁即係唔使飛象過河,好細心喎!開餐啦⋯⋯先嚟預訂壽星最愛阿拉斯加長腳蟹、蟹身用花雕蛋白蒸、象拔蚌刺身、魚生拼盤。之後開始Bino大會,沙爹湯底最好味,麻辣湯底可挑戰大辣,最驚喜係花膠雞湯,好漿咀!配料:騸牯黃牛吊龍
