To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天寒地凍，今晚靜靜雞同阿爸有約我決定同老竇一齊去怡紅院滾冇錯，我就係帶佢去呢個地方一齊打邊爐滾滾你去到門口已經見到嗰個門口不得了，一串串紅燈籠真係好有韻味入到去都好古色古香裝修同埋擺設都好配合店名而且餐牌飲品牌好明顯經過用心設計係一個咁高級嘅地方，我哋都嗌咗一個高級湯底黑松露雜菌鍋一上嚟已經聞到黑松露味好濃，加上菌都好多個湯底真係冇得輸另外我哋嗌咗放手切牛肉花雕雞件鳳城水餃，炸魚皮同埋皇帝菜我哋只係叫咗半人份但係份量好足夠好大同埋花紋好牛味濃花雕雞件喺爐度滾完之後雞件都仲係好滑仲要有好香嘅酒味水餃大大粒內涵真係十足皇帝菜新鮮而且炸魚皮好香我哋仲嗌咗一個金磚豆腐外邊就好脆，入邊好滑喎可以係一個咁靚嘅環境裏面食住啲高質啲食材老爸子都讚今次滾得好開心
