大少話哩間日本咖哩,佢成日食,我話冇食過,但亦唔覺得會好食...自問小妹都去過日本同香港嘅日本料理嘅學校學煮日本咖喱, 我終於決定去挑機.....入到鋪頭,都唔係好多人,我哋坐情侶雅座。大少點咗吉列豬扒(2分辛),我點咗漢堡扒(標準辛)同埋改咗食15穀米。大少塊吉列豬好脆,無油漬味亦唔乾身,無返炸再返炸嘅感覺。雖然唔係厚切,以咁嘅價錢,絕對接受到。我塊漢堡扒, 食到有豬肉肥根亦有洋蔥,應該係用日本人傳統漢堡扒方法去做,用免治豬加免治牛再加洋蔥,當然我唔知有無跟足3/7黃金比例去做吖。個扒唔乾,咬落亦無散,真係食到有日本風味嘅漢堡扒。講返個咖喱汁,其實同用S&B咖喱磚煮嘅冇乜分別,不過響張枱度有一支蜜糖俾你加上去。用蜜糖加上去咖喱汁係日本媽媽嘅傳統方法、所以我覺得佢好窩心,有跟足傳統。用咁嘅價錢食到日本傳統咖哩,我覺得呢一間係性價比高嘅餐廳。
