今晚放工同同事去港島線尾站堅尼地城果邊揾野食,行左去近海旁的GioiaCharcoal Grill & Oyster Bar。唔難揾,地鐵站B出口向左手邊行,轉右過斑馬線再直行,餐廳就係左手邊,都算方便。餐廳採用落地玻璃,環境細細,燈光較沉,播放柔和音樂,是典型的西餐Setting.我點左個精選晚餐~前菜係焗芝士流心大傘菇~菇的賣相好靚,面頭一大片芝士,切開亦真係流心,焗得好入味,配埋D沙律菜,好特別的一個前菜。餐湯揀左黑松露野菌忌廉湯,黑松露味超濃,但忌廉味又唔會太濃太膩,恰到好處。主菜揀左C︰慢煮美國黑醋牛仔肋骨,上台時已經切好哂,方便食,而且份量多,牛仔骨厚身,但煮得好淋好入味,個汁有別一般的蕃茄汁,而選用左健康的黑醋汁,加埋伴碟的蔬菜和薯蓉,超飽,所以就無飲餐飲。
