To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

忽然好想食越南嘢, OpenRice見到粉嶺有呢間,咁近就去試吓啦Lunch時間去到都多人食，不過座位闊落都唔會好迫香茅豬頸肉湯河$54湯底好清甜，有陣陣嘅蘿蔔香味，而且豬頸肉分量都唔少，肉質彈牙，又入味👍🏻泰式彩虹湯粉$55呢個有好多配料，有魚片、魷魚、魚蛋、炸雲吞，河粉好滑，分量仲好多添👍🏻香茅雞翼$28雞翼醃得好入味，香茅味濃，大大隻，外皮香脆，雞肉唔會乾爭爭，依然保持到肉汁珍多冰$10（跟餐）必點之一足料，椰子味香濃，而家唔會太甜，啱我😚薄荷葉青檸梳打$10（跟餐）薄荷葉整碎好出味，青檸嘅酸到啱啱好，飲落好清新～解油膩🍃整體黎講都幾滿意，下次可以再食～
