To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次寫食評，睇Openrice食評，本土茶餐廳食物，食完方便返屋企。星期六放下午，輕鬆由北角搭港鐵到堅尼地城站附近，士美菲路街市2樓，搵下就搵到誠記，都9成滿。點左個秘製叉燒湯粗麵+熱檸茶$32。叉燒偏甜，反而粗麵軟硬適中😀,熱檸茶正常。叫多個碎牛肉蛋治，碎牛肉少咸，蛋煎得剛好，有d蛋汁，覺得好滿足😂。店員好親切，效率快👍，有時間再幫親。輕輕鬆鬆週末
