To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去香港迪士尼之前梗係要食飽飽啦，但係又唔想入到去冇乜選擇又捱貴嘢食，所以我決定去咗青衣城食元氣壽司。由於我同朋友都唔食生嘢，所以就全部嗌咗熱嘢食啦，不過好可惜，之前我好鍾意食佢哋嘅豬軟骨烏冬，但係依家冇咗loo，我就叫咗牛肉烏冬，湯底都係好甜嘅大魚香味，烏冬可以雪藏牛肉就冇乜嘢好講啦雜錦天婦羅，我最鍾意食南瓜同埋番薯，2種都好棉好甜。炸雞肥到不得了，內外都好肥唔建議大家嗌，亦都冇任何雞味炸魷魚鬚好味，香脆有鮮味
