Restaurant: Bismillah Kebab House
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

3月26日, 今晚又去尖沙嘴睇戲, 睇戲前例牌要搵d快餐食下~ 平時免得過都唔會走去重慶大廈一帶, 因為怕門口d傳單人太群情洶湧... 但今晚我同呀比勇敢踏入去, 仲避開晒所有咖哩人, 直闖裡面甚獲好評嘅Kebab店! ::: Lamb Doner Roll + 7up ::: $60個Lamb Doner Roll比食開嘅ebeneezer細條, 但內裡餡料算係十分足料! 算係幾煙韌嘅餅皮包住烤羊肉、紫洋蔥、番茄、生菜同少量沙律醬~ 羊肉臊味同紫洋蔥好夾, 加上爽口生菜同軟淋番茄, 口感複雜味道豐富, 仲可以任意再加上其他醬汁! 真係要幾惹味有幾惹味!::: Chicken Doner with Chepati :: $55呢個轉轉燒雞肉配烤餅有d似kebab嘅拆件版~ 薄餅皮同餡料分開奉上, 我地可以好地道咁用手包好一塊餡餅, 再自行加上茄汁、沙律醬、乳酪醬或辣醬汁, 喜歡整個大混醬亦得, 得咗! 燒雞肉餡料份量比想像中多, 包極都食唔完咁, 不過就較為碎同乾身. 整體覺得油潤少少嘅燒羊肉kebab會好食d~呢度其實位於重慶大廈深深處, 未算隱蔽但都唔易搵... 而且食客大多數都係

 個Lamb Doner Roll比食開嘅ebeneezer細條, 但內裡餡料算係十分足料! 算係幾煙韌嘅餅皮包住烤羊肉、紫洋蔥、番茄、生菜同少量沙律醬~ 羊肉臊味同紫洋蔥好夾, 加上爽口生菜同軟淋番茄, 口感複雜味道豐富, 仲可以任意再加上其他醬汁! 真係要幾惹味有幾惹味!

 呢個轉轉燒雞肉配烤餅有d似kebab嘅拆件版~ 薄餅皮同餡料分開奉上, 我地可以好地道咁用手包好一塊餡餅, 再自行加上茄汁、沙律醬、乳酪醬或辣醬汁, 喜歡整個大混醬亦得, 得咗! 燒雞肉餡料份量比想像中多, 包極都食唔完咁, 不過就較為碎同乾身. 整體覺得油潤少少嘅燒羊肉kebab會好食d~呢度其實位於重慶大廈深深處, 未算隱蔽但都唔易搵... 而且食客大多數都係中東印巴籍人, 座位都係d摺檯摺凳, 無d勇氣真係未必敢坐低試. 不過坐低試過又真係覺得佢幾好食架喎~
