To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

灣仔嘅的確好多酒吧，但係黃既就少之又少。我知你地一定會話我戇居㗎啦，去間威士忌吧度飲啤酒，但係呢間的確係灣仔鮮有嘅選擇。我哋嗰晚去到客人唔太多，好快就有位。佢更典型嘅威士忌吧，吧枱擺着各式各樣嘅威士忌，都好有氣派。而且室內設計方面都有一種好舒適嘅感覺。我同朋友都唔太好威士忌，所以堅決揀咗啤酒。的確佢哋啤酒嘅款式唔太多，唔會有普通酒吧嘅draught beer，主要都係手工啤。雖然啤酒唔係佢哋嘅主打，但係佢哋嘅啤酒都係出色嘅，我揀咗咩就唔講啦因為佢哋啲名都好過癮，留返俾你地慢慢發掘。
