To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日,我朋友說帶我去一間別特的中菜廳.我心想中菜來來去去都是差不多,會有特別嗎?當我一進這間餐廳時,好寧靜.最特別是他們的落地窗戶我最喜歡就是他們的服務態度,小小示意 他們立即跟你服務  我一開始就飲白肺湯.因為平時家中煲的,豬肺不容易處理.不會第一口,已經愛上它.銀杏的甘香跟豬肺的清甜,完全係老火湯的味道  之後就主打鮑魚,他們會在食客親身烹調,覺得特別 他們的汁有濃厚的雞.金華火腿等等的材料…我第一口食鮑魚已經覺得同外面食的不同.真是有鮮味和那爽口的質感,我希望那個鮑魚會可以永遠都吃不完.  到海參.也是很特別的煮法.就是讓入豬肉,,它的口感很好..豬肉肉汁濃郁.那海參本身是沒有太大味道,但是配合了豬肉又出奇好吃  整體都非常滿意,服務人員又細心,食物特別..如果不吃鮑魚也可以吃小菜也好吃環境也很適合聊天
