To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日對cafe有啲審美疲勞+厭倦，所以決定食翻啲不傷荷包嘅comfort food，佢第二次出現啦！！！一直以嚟都覺得街市樓上嘅熟食中心臥虎藏龍，呢間小店正正就喺士美菲路街市嘅樓上。；沙嗲雞絲菜麵 ($4x)呢度order非常freestyle，叫幾多個餸都得、咩麵都得，悉隨尊便。（朋友試過叫六樣餸，個碗成個面盤咁大🤣）沙嗲雞絲菜就必叫嘅，我通常餓就叫埋炒蛋，今次唔餓就無叫。啱啱坐低已經聞到好香沙嗲味，沙嗲湯超濃，有陣花生醬味，配埋掛湯嘅大光麵、入味嘅雞絲同埋索曬個湯嘅菜心。幾時都話簡單嘅嘢就越難整得好食，所以有誠記就係good day(◐‿◑)。• 星期一唔開！• 另一招牌係豬頸肉• 唔食沙嗲嘅家母食過蕃茄湯表示一般• 呢度啲伙記落單唔用紙，用超強大腦記得曬所有你叫嘅嘢😉• 無套餐，所有嘢都係散叫
