話說大埔有「食嘢」同「飲嘢」兩間食店,屬同一個老細,一間主打食嘢,一間主打飲嘢。今日同朋友去試下「食嘢」,因為店內冇位,店員就安排咗我哋去「飲嘢」嗰邊坐。睇睇個menu,中式(咕嚕肉),日式(海膽炒飯),印度(咖喱) 都有,但佢嘅主打應該係咖喱,所以我哋點咗個咖喱雞同印度薄餅,仲有沙律菜。飲品就叫咗奶緹玫瑰烏龍同符碌茶。另外再喺「飲野」到點咗個深海拼盤。麻醬沙律,冇乜特別,就係生菜加麻醬。情願佢用普通碟裝,佢用呢個樽裝,好難撈醬。咖喱雞,因為朋友唔食得辣,所以揀咗微辣。另外可以揀原味/芝士/蕃茄/蒜蓉咖喱,我哋揀咗蕃茄咖喱。因為係微辣,所以唔會好辣,但又唔會話冇辣味蕃茄味就唔係好食到。至於雞就有d"鞋"同硬。印度薄餅,口感幾好,唔會太油,個咖喱汁都唔錯。深海拼盤,就係平時超市買到嘅炸魚條,炸蟹拑同埋花枝丸,麻麻地啦。尤其係個炸蟹拑,比平時食到嘅淋身。奶緹玫瑰烏龍,呢到話飲奶緹係有特定嘅方法,我就跟住佢咁飲。奶係厚厚嘅一層,帶點咸味嘅,加埋d茶就唔會溜,幾好飲。
