To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 回流的朋友很懷念太湖的菜式,此次特意陪他吃一餐傳統中菜。現今少見如此擺盤的乳豬件,真的好懷舊,還有酸薑在旁,好味但膩得緊要嘅呢!燒鵝,亦帶點膩,幸肉滑,尚可接受。炒蛋白,濃油高湯,下飯菜式。瑤柱扒的瑤柱芡卻是杰的不得了,就像一個蓋鋪在豆苗上,有點難頂……紅豆沙、脆麻花,飯後甜品,不是太甜。好像小時候去飲的感覺,食到一半已食不下去;但又勁想食埋落去囉……😈
