11:00左右，已經有四、五人排緊隊，我哋大概等咗15分鐘就有位啦 👌 餐廳有outdoor and indoor seatings，用餐時間限時1.5小時 ⏰ 喺排隊嘅時候search過 ”NOC Coffee Co.” 嘅背景，原來佢係「Big 7 Travel 亞洲地區50大咖啡排行榜」嘅香港第一！冇揀錯cafe，一定要試試先！打開門一刻，咖啡味撲鼻而來，未飲落肚，氣味已經令我精神為之一振 ✨室內以白色為主調，裝修簡約，店員帶我哋去到落地玻璃前嘅坐位，光線充足，望住海景十分開揚 😌除咗咖啡，仲有non-coffee選擇，例如抹茶、朱古力、茶等等，特別選擇有nitro tea同cold brew tea。落order嘅方法以自助形式，之後店員會將準備好嘅食物送過嚟 💁🏻‍♂️=========================Flat white (Large) $45咖啡豆用上 ”NOC” 自家烘焙嘅house blend，除左house blend仲有single origin選擇。因為single origin要加$5，「糧尾」嘅我就選擇咗house blend今次試試先！咖啡入

咖啡豆用上 ”NOC” 自家烘焙嘅house blend，除左house blend仲有single origin選擇。因為single origin要加$5，「糧尾」嘅我就選擇咗house blend今次試試先！咖啡入口rich，帶有nutty notes，味道唔酸（我最怕怕 🙈），溫度剛好，香港第一名不虛傳 🏆

 鋪上caramelised蘋果，中間mascarpone cheese帶嚟creamy, rich嘅口感，呢種芝士味唔濃，並冇蓋過蘋果嘅味道，面頭仲有合桃碎，多一重脆脆嘅口感。配上酸種麵包，麵包唔會太酸，易入口，麥香味重，切落去「咔」一聲，十分鬆脆 👌🏼

”NOC” 食物相當有驚喜，本身以為咖啡同食物唔能夠并存 😂 好多時咖啡好飲嘅cafe，食物就麻麻；食物質素可以嘅，咖啡又未必得 😕 "NOC" 環境舒適寬敞，影下相chill下，或者攞電腦嚟做下野，係忙裏偷閑好選擇 ☕️
