To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係係我第2次去北京樓食晚飯。第1次係去太古廣場既北京樓,瓷藍色既古雅格調係我心中留下左深刻既良好印象。今次光臨歷山大廈既北京樓,用上中國🇨🇳喜慶顏色作主調,絲絨紅比一般鮮紅色顯得更高貴有品味。我呢個入門級港女馬上係我個checklist畫下一個爽快既✅係未點菜前,已經忍五住要相機食先。碟子同茶杯上都印有水墨畫風格著清朝服飾既人,一個用餐經歷何只食物味道同擺盤,而家你可以見到連餐具都非常重要👍呢度既烤北京填鴨只能點一隻,大家黎食最好約埋三五知己開心share。好有禮貌,完全令我感受到以客為先既待應端上切成薄片既烤鴨同薄餅。烤鴨被排成整齊既花形,放薄餅既蒸籠下面有一個金色既爐,令客人慢慢邊傾計邊食野,都可以享受到暖笠笠既烤鴨薄餅,非常貼心☺️我先試一塊烤鴨,皮薄透光,放入口一咬開,整個口都充滿一種炭燒既鴨肉香味,肉質稍韌,但皮脂既比例很好,脂肪不膩好快溶化係口中,令人奇怪地想將下一片肉送入口中。包烤肉卷既時候,甜麵醬五需要加太多,因為北京樓既甜麵醬好濃沃,放太多會遮左烤鴨既煙薰甘香味啊。茶樹菇上湯翡翠苗,翡翠苗非常爽脆,而且嫩到咬一兩啖已經消息係口中。上湯亦不能忽視,口感濃厚,味道香淳,

茶樹菇上湯翡翠苗,翡翠苗非常爽脆,而且嫩到咬一兩啖已經消息係口中。上湯亦不能忽視,口感濃厚,味道香淳,同翡翠苗完全係perfect match😽

最後點左一個桂花酒釀丸子🌸糖水裡有蛋白花同桂花,口感滋潤,入口有好清香花味,酒味五明顯,黄色小丸子軟綿綿,意想不到,原來裡面仲有細滑既黑芝麻,好有氣質既酒釀丸子,一定要試❤️

北京樓係一家好有要求,亦係不經意既細節位都令客人感到滿意既餐廳,本人會推薦各位同同事上司長輩客戶去用餐,保證佢地會對你加分👏
