To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛食完午餐，但見到肉丸做緊半價優惠，二話不說，走入去食多餐先。人龍超長，店員做緊分流排隊，有幾個操國語嘅客人不斷左聶又聶，希望可以排前啲，可惜香港人實在太有秩序，佢地比店員警告過後變乖了。肉丸十粒配薯仔半價只係丸個半咋，超抵。肉丸夠熱又有汁，正呀！唔怪得啲冰鮮嘅賣哂等返貨啦。脆炸黃金雞亦四隻 （$13）呢個就一般啦，炸得有啲乾，但味道ok嘅。食完行陣睇傢俬，最後又走去食杯軟雪糕。兩個半，大大杯，雪糕又綿又滑，略微甜左少少。呢個價錢，真係超級抵食。
