有一段日子都無黎過The one,今日同朋友行街兼食晚飯,見到哩間華麗歐陸式既西餐廳,朋友就好想入去食飯兼打卡,待應好似預先知道朋友喜歡影相一樣,安排我地坐近門口位置,方便我地,旁邊既兩枱客人都分別帶左狗狗出席聚餐,狗狗超可愛又乖巧,定定的望住主人們進食。我同朋友係Side Dishes、Main Course 、Pasta、Dessert中叫左4款食物,落左單朋友就把握時間去打卡,餐廳外面周圍都以鮮花、歐陸式的擺設作佈置,一邊食都一邊聞到有鮮花香氣。第一道菜:波菜酥皮批,沙津菜作伴碟更突出個批的對比,陣陣牛油香氣,切開蒸氣冒出,咸料豐滿,淡淡的波菜與芝士香料混合,兩個人share食唔算太膩。第二道菜:西班牙黑毛豬脊柳,原本以為係食開既成塊扒上,要自己切開,但上枱見到有驚喜,陣陣炭燒烤過既味道,食落每件都好琳身,連筋位位置都好軟滑美味,配上醬汁更加野美,我同朋友都食唔停,贊不絕口。第三道菜:紅酒牛肋肉扁意粉,鮮紅色的車厘茄配紅色醬汁意粉,意粉彈牙,牛肋肉食落似牛腩般美味,唔會好大嚿,非常方便細嚼。最後第四道菜甜品:開心果蘋果玉桂班戟,擺放精美,蘋果粒帶有點酒香既味道,令平凡既班戟食起來
