To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又一次大滿足

尋晚忽然好想吃意大利菜,便開車去咗Luca.. 已經唔係第一次來, 就係因為佢地D野好得, 尤其他們的Charcoal Grill Steak... 真係好味得無話可講. 我們order咗12oz的sirloin - medium rare... 好香的charcoal grill 同肉質鮮嫩, 口感豐富, 又juicy!! 是我的必吃, 鐵脚之選...今次點咗之前未吃過的Starter, 有mushroom配risotto, 估唔到咁香咁好食. risotto唔會太硬, 配香香的mushroom真是一絕其次點咗醃牛肉parmesan 芝士配什麼菜(忘記是什麼, 類似rosemary的東西), 還可以就是牛肉酸了點. 下次還是叫番Parma Ham好了!最後以Cuppucino 同 Tiramisu 來個總結....真係perfect 的一餐!!(噢最後順帶一提是如果他們的意大利面包能多給一些會更perfect!!)之前也吃過pizza 同 意粉 都是水準之作!
