是日去開大埔,突然想食牛,朋友就帶左我黎牛脾氣,點左個舖頭招牌菜-爐端石板燒。客人可以選擇原片燒肉或者吉列牛,今次我就選左試後者。爐端燒用明火燒熱石頭來烤牛,食落有肉汁,而又食到牛肉原本嘅質感同味道。另外朋友就試左或蛋芝士吉列豬扒飯套餐,大大碗配好大份既火龍果沙律同飲品,絕對對得住價錢。吉列豬外皮好鬆脆,唔會皮肉分離,肉質唔會好乾,炸得幾唔錯!另外仲試左佢既蠔,真係好大隻,而且又爽又鮮甜,唔會太重海水味!

另外朋友就試左或蛋芝士吉列豬扒飯套餐,大大碗配好大份既火龍果沙律同飲品,絕對對得住價錢。吉列豬外皮好鬆脆,唔會皮肉分離,肉質唔會好乾,炸得幾唔錯!
