To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一諗起茶餐, 大家必定即時諗起澳牛, 華星.....近期觀塘又多了一間, 雖然呢間冰室都是主打茶餐, 但在工廠區開業, 午市時間當然有其他飯餐及炒粉麵供應。講番茶餐先, 佢地提供的都係有一碟炒蛋/煎蛋, 和一碗通粉, 與以上2間冰室最大分別就是通粉可轉米粉, 公仔麵, 甚至出前一丁都有。我今天就點了煎蛋多士, 火腿出前一丁。煎蛋不錯, 是有燶邊的荷包蛋。多士軟硬適中。這個醒神早餐, 可令打工仔精神一陣。
