位於太古坊商業區嘅鴨大哥,相信中午食飯時間一定深受附近打工仔歡迎,原來夜晚都好受家庭食客歡迎,臨近冬至,見到好多一家大細圍埋一齊食飯,又係嘅,家庭聚會好多時都會去高級中菜廳,由米芝蓮星級名廚「廚魔」梁經倫打造的鴨大哥就係一個好選擇~北京烤鴨(半隻)($308)呢度不可不吃嘅北京烤鴨,皮脆,皮和肉之間有一層薄薄的脂肪,每一片烤鴨厚度均稱,雖然天氣凍,烤鴨好快變涼,但餅皮會用慢火溫熱,包起上嚟食都會有溫度雲南黑土豬叉燒($228)第二樣必點嘅菜式,因為呢個叉燒真係好腍好腍,入口溶化,肥瘦適中,最重要係外層微脆,調味嘅甜度恰當,誇張啲講係我覺得最好食嘅叉燒之一桂花雪梨脆膳球($280)煮法特別,大鱔切件炸起,再用應該係桂花糖嘅糖漿調味,灑上雪梨粒粒,入口有果香果甜,不過可能一件都幾大件,食多兩件就會覺得有啲飽人蔘烏龍茶($20/位)
