To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又估唔到好味喎

昨晚食完飯行去攞車，路經呢間老爹，見好多人排隊，心諗應該唔會點差，香港人把口幾刁先得㗎，唔好食唔使錢都冇人食；今晚冇煮飯就同太座講不如去試試，好彩早到冇乜人，因為食食吓已經坐滿哂人喇；我點咗個田螺焗飯餐，要焗咸牛脷茄子配炒飯，我係牛脷控，最喜歡同牛牛熱吻，每次到新餐廳見到有都牛脷都會叫嚟食，講返呢度，真係估唔到咁好味，牛脷入味冇羶味，厚薄適中，而焗飯個茄汁亦相當惹味，個炒飯底先係令我估唔到會食唔停口，絕配絕配!田螺同薯蓉都可以一試，因為我對薯蓉一向冇好感啫；太座叫咗醬汁豬軟骨拉麵，通常太座食嘢都會留3份1俾我食，話怕肥喎，我食咗覺得個湯底同麵質都非常好，而個豬軟骨都好軟滑，軟骨有咬口；呢度價錢絕對街坊價，性價比超高，唔怪之門口排哂隊!
