入秋開始有啲涼意,最啱去打邊爐,最近都比較鍾意去樓上、環境闊落嘅火鍋店,今次呢間大一都幾合我心意。古越龍山醉雞鍋 (半) $199 一上枱就聞到好香嘅酒味,藥材味相對淡少少,雞嘅份量都唔少,揀呢個鍋可以叫少啲肉🤪。黑豬腩片 (半) $138、羊肉片 (半) $108 超超超薄切,雖然我都幾享受淥一淥就熟,但今次啲肉係薄到一淥就會散開,厚返啲會比較好。但撇除厚薄度嚟講,肉味、肉質都係中上,抵食。鵝肝墨魚丸 (半) $78 墨魚還好,但咬到中間就散發勁香濃嘅鵝肝味,爆哂啲油香出嚟,好驚喜。黑松露帶子餃 (半) $68 黑松露唔會一pat過,而係好均勻咁散佈喺成份餡料中,食落成舊都勁香,中間帶子亦夠哂鮮甜。山葵芥末蝦餃王 (半) $58 蝦夠大隻彈牙,加上微微刺激味蕾嘅芥末,提鮮之餘,食得好過癮。珊瑚蚌 (半) $78 抵叫,不過略嫌調味過鹹,但價錢嚟講真係幾抵。蝦滑 $38 蝦味都幾出,應該幾足料,食起上嚟夠哂Q彈。響鈴 (半) $38 即炸,脆口唔油膩。稻庭烏冬 (半) $28 好鍾意食稻庭烏冬,不過呢個烏冬仲係冰嘅,如果有已解凍嘅會更好。香菇貢丸 (半) $38 香口彈牙,豬肉肉味出。
