後腰三角肉($0.64/g)最低消費300克,絕對重量級,較其他正規扒房大約250g 一客牛扒重手。全部七種牛扒皆有三款醬汁選擇,分別是蔥油、洋蔥油及蒜油;初初以為真是醬汁,原來只是蔥花、生洋蔥粒及生蒜蓉,但就另外有一小杯gravy sauce。

配合餐廳名字 「ミディアムレア 」,英文即medium rare,全部牛扒只會煎至三成熟。見到後腰三角肉表面剪至焦香,但切開後原來三成熟也沒有,牛扒中心接近全生肉。本來這是石燒牛扒的特色,由客人自己煎、決定生熟程度;但問題又是那塊火山石,唔知係石材質素問題抑或廚房燒熱石板的時間唔夠,溫度很快降低。只好盡快將原件牛腰肉扒切成細細塊,趁石板溫度降低之前煎熟牛扒。雖然後腰三角肉已經是可以選擇的牛肉款式之中質素(價位)較佳部位,但仍然幾差;好韌、好嚡口,有肥膏、亦很多筋膜。失望。

另外要了溫泉蛋燒牛丼(M)($50)櫻花牛柳丼($75)。牛肉反而較鬆軟,可能切得較細塊?但同樣欠缺牛味、少肉汁。最差是溫泉蛋,蛋黃竟然接近全熟。
