To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

時至今日「食米線」似乎已經變成 #香港人嘅 #飲食文化，#大街小巷都開滿 #米線主題餐廳，「譚仔三哥」可以話係表表者🤩 平時只會幫襯「米線陣」嘅 #小秘書，呢日陪朋友出咗去偷食... 眼見舖面有成十幾廿人喺度等食，有啲叫外賣、有啲就好似我哋咁坐低慢慢嘆🍜 其實我一向都好怕啲香料味道，所以每次路過 #譚仔三哥我都會急步走，不過今日為咗就我朋友嘅口味，就破例一次🤪我要咗個 #十小辣嘅 #麻辣湯底配 #貢丸、#牛肉，另外加咗份 #土匪雞翼比自己😉 湯底偏咸，不過辣辣地都幾惹味，但係啲 #牛肉似乎落咗勁多 #梳打粉，#貢丸口感有啲怪、淋劈劈不似預期😅 不過要讚嘅係 #土匪雞翼，新鮮做起嘅 #雞翼皮脆肉嫩，#師傅調味得 #好香口，怪不得 #三哥有咁多fans啦😉 ... 不過呢收銀個阿姐成日掛住接 #外賣電話，我哋埋單比錢嘅居然要 #排長龍等佢收線，人手上真係要安排吓喇😝
