To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炎熱的天氣下去動植物公園,，超級疲倦。下山後想搵個地方休息一下，很多Coffee Shop都坐滿人，在別無選擇的情況下，到了這間開放式的Ｃａｎｔｅｅｎ。Ｃａｎｔｅｅｎ又係美心集團的成員。源自紐約深受歡迎的自助快餐概念，Ｃａｎｔｅｅｎ有４間分店，都在主要商業大廈內，因此價格較一般美心快餐店高。下午茶餐選擇不太多, 而且不太吸引。老公選了煎餃子＋汽水＄２５，食物不太吸引我，所以單叫了凍奶茶＄１６同普通快餐店一樣，自己搵位再去點食物，再排隊交飛攞食物。星期六，大部份辦公室休息，因此當日人流不太多，先攞飲品。奶茶味道不錯，好有茶餐廳感覺。餃子後送上. 餃子４隻加杯氣水要＄２５，不太便宜。餃子熱，但味道真係好一般，好明顯係買回來加工的。饀料少又無乜味，要點醋先有些味。總結：環境都可以，食物一般。金鐘選擇不太多，特別是平價選擇。
