To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喇沙金菇煮肥牛(菜底) $33原先見個名「喇沙」,仲以為係辣,點知原來係甜多,椰汁味少,主要為肥牛淆出嘅湯味,不過獨特地方在於有桃一起煮,令湯汁更鮮甜,蔬菜菜底完美地吸收甜甜的喇沙汁,令人食過不停回味口水雞腿 $33此菜色就真心辣,乍看有辣椒已有心理準備,不過餸汁比想像中更辣,餸汁入口先是豉油味,鹹鹹的,不過辣味漸漸湧出,生菜都吸收起不少辣味,蹤使辣度高,不過又挺惹味,生菜吃過一片再一片,口水雞腿肉質嫩,不過出奇地不辣,是豉油雞的味道,整碟菜也十分惹味又香口,加上鹹度足夠雞腿肉,十分出眾京式回鍋牛仔肉 $33回鍋肉的餸汁已先是拌飯佳品,味道夠鹹又帶甜,爽脆椰菜掛起餸汁入口亦可口,可惜牛仔肉肉質因長時間燜煮變韌,不過牛肉血重味仍然得以保留,回鍋肉汁與牛肉均屬重味,互相配合不蓋過相方味道,配合得宜
