次次去大戶屋我都叫銀鱈魚西京燒定食😂每次都想試下新嘢但每次最後都係揀返銀鱈魚...比起大戶屋其他定食,銀鱈魚嘅價錢貴d,要$158,如果要賺特別飯(例如海藻,魚仔....)就要加多$10。有三舊魚(如果大舊嘅就可能會得兩舊):今次食,覺得個皮俾之前食冇咁脆,但個味道冇變,一樣有銀鱈魚嘅甘甜,同西京燒應有嘅醬油味。覺得醬油味比較淡,但更加凸顯到魚本身嘅甘甜味。魚嘅油脂非常足夠,好香,如果唔鍾意呢種油香嘅人可以配蘿蔔茸一齊食,減輕油膩感。但個人覺得d油分係成件事嘅精萃,冇咗d油會令個魚失色不少。蒸蛋無敵滑,入面有雞肉同菇,不夠份量好似俾已經細咗(我記得之前食個蒸蛋大份d,今次食兩啖就冇嗮咁)唔夠侯叫多個甜品食!綠茶雪糕嘅綠茶味好特出,一d都唔假,亦唔會一味得個甜字。杯下面有少少蛋糕仔,配合雪糕同上面其他toppings一齊食,非常滿足!唯獨個蕨餅我覺得可以切細舊d,一開二,變四舊,會容易d食。(純粹個人喜好)

蒸蛋無敵滑,入面有雞肉同菇,不夠份量好似俾已經細咗(我記得之前食個蒸蛋大份d,今次食兩啖就冇嗮咁)
