lunch time黎到goji studio...唔係做gym...係食野係gym入面當然主打健康嘅食物…但係健康亦都唔等於淨係食草架!依度主要分兩種餐:瘦身/增肌今日揀左照燒雞飯~(屬於高蛋白嘅選擇)有雞、紅米、西蘭花、紫薯蓉,仲有隻半熟蛋!雞有燒汁味 紫薯亦都好甜~ 唔錯架依個「減肥餐」一啲都唔會覺得慘喎!有營養又夠飽肚!p.s. 堂食嘅話真係望住啲人做運動咁食架 即刻提醒自己都唔可以偷懶!仲有個大海景比你欣賞 哈哈!
