今晚又去了潮福吃蒸鍋。之前到西灣河潮福吃過一次,念念不忘。今晚又再到新蒲岡分店,一行四人,原想跟上次一樣要四人餐,但這分店只提供二人餐,一款$298,而另一款$398,最後叫了兩個$298餐。跟西灣河一樣,餐館放着各款海鮮,任君選擇。先來的是花甲,蒸了數分鐘,剛剛好,花甲口全打開,肉質鮮美,一點也不老不靱,殼裡有些湯汁喝進口實在鮮美異常。再來是扇貝,每隻到用葱蒜粉絲醃好,蒸數分鐘後,貝肉鮮甜彈牙,而蒜蓉粉絲吸收了扇貝的鮮味,比貝肉更好吃。再來是蝦,我們$298餐是用海蝦,而$398餐則是用九節蝦。海蝦味道也不錯,大大隻,每人分得2隻。蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,好好味。還有石蠔,象拔蚌和鮑魚仔,部長說今天象拔蚌比較細隻,所以每人有兩隻。酒家果然不欺場,因為size小自動加多一隻,值得一讚。海鮮過後還有蒸雞和蒸蔬菜。我們怕不夠,又加了蒸勝瓜和馬拉糕。馬拉糕是部長推介的,見每枱都有點。是原個籠上,推介食品果然不錯,軟熟得來又不會過甜。最後期待己久的粥出場了,是晚選擇了南瓜排骨粥。果然不負眾望,粥底吸收了眾海鮮的精華,鮮味得不能形容。先每人分一碗原味,之後再加進葱,芫荽和葱菜,葱菜咸香更把粥底的鮮味帶起,

最後期待己久的粥出場了,是晚選擇了南瓜排骨粥。果然不負眾望,粥底吸收了眾海鮮的精華,鮮味得不能形容。先每人分一碗原味,之後再加進葱,芫荽和葱菜,葱菜咸香更把粥底的鮮味帶起,每人再分多一碗,吃完很滿足呀。
