食完蘇記嘅豬扒麵,意猶未盡,夜晚再嚟呢度同女友一家大擦一頓。深水埗夜巿大排檔我都食得七七八八,但偏偏就未食過呢間,今晚真係有食神...叫咗都唔知幾樣餸,再加數瓶啤,差D食到反枱咁滯:1)炒生腸--- 加紅青椒落去炒,香味四溢,亦夠辣,生腸出奇地爽,即刻灌幾啖啤酒落去,舒服晒^_^;2)豉汁炒蜆--- 夠鑊氣亦夠多汁,可惜殼多過肉,扣分,肉質尚可;3)炸大腸--- 明符其實嘅'大'腸,size 夠巨,炸得皮脆內嫰,腸亦夠肥,亦夠香口,即刻又灌幾啖啤酒落去;4)炒油麥菜--- 好難炒得唔好食,夠油水就得...;5)沙姜雞--- 端上嚟嘅時侯係熱嘅,肉頗嫰,亦夠油水,沙姜汁就不過不失;6)煎釀豆腐--- 我哋客家人嘅名菜,不過佢哋呢個水準就爭D嘞,豆腐不夠軟滑,餡嘅份量過少,亦落唔夠肥豬肉,所以唔夠滑,嗰獻亦打得太杰la;7)豉汁蒸烏頭--- 魚當然唔係一級貨la,無乜黃油,不過D肉就幾滑,小弟係魚王,所以差唔多包辨大半條;8)豉汁蒸倉魚--- 唔夠喉,再嚟一條,調味一樣,魚當然亦唔係上等貨,但小弟依然'擦'晒;9)豉汁(又係^_^)炒蟶子--- 夠鑊氣,可惜蟶子唔夠肥美,我同女友上星期係旺
