係網上見到芝士豚肋骨推介,芝士控既我梗係要同朋友仔黎試下啦!預早book定位,不過7點半上到去其實都唔太多人,可能係因為閒日既關係啦。見到餐牌原來都仲有好多食物選擇! 餐廳既格局都似主要食燒烤為主,要叫兩份燒肉以上先可以自己鐵板燒,我地又想自己玩下 ,於是就點左兩份豚肉啦,一份五花腩,一份梅花肉(唔記得係咪咁叫?)但上菜之前,就係前菜小碟,樣樣都好鍾意食,仲可以叫侍應refill添! 侍應大部分都係韓國人,能夠講有限度既英文,所以我地都指餐牌多,不過佢地全部都好有善有禮!呢度啲泡菜我好鍾意,refill左幾次,以前出去食既一係覺得太辣,一係覺得太酸,呢度就啱啱好,好啱我既口味! 鐵板上有三個坑,一個放芝士加蛋漿,一個放泡菜加蛋漿,幾得意,之前無試過,仲有一個坑就無落野,唔知點解呢? 呢隻就係我講既梅花肉,好juicy,質感重味道好,配埋生菜加泡菜或者醬汁一流!好好味,我自己鍾意夾住生菜黎食,好夾,中和返啲油膩感。 五花腩就真係肥啲,不過友人鍾意食,我就燒到乾身啲先再夾住生菜黎食,咁就無咁肥啦,不過餐廰啲生菜幾新鮮,最怕食到啲唔乾淨新鮮既菜。 然後到我地主要目標上場啦,見到

不過味道真係有啲令我失望
,因為肉質唔似一般豚肋骨,友人話似煲完湯啲骨咁。好食既豚骨無錯會稔啲,可以骨肉分離,但呢度一篤啲肉就散開,而且就算外面有韓式醬都好似唔夠味咁,真係好失望呀!

叫左碟半辣半唔辣既炸雞,其實成碟我地都覺得係一樣味道。。。而且炸粉太厚,無乜特別,唔覺得係韓式炸雞。。

我鍾意飲韓國梨汁,夠清甜,可以中和下燒烤既熱氣。


不過餐廳冷氣都幾勁,所有食物都一次過上,好快就吹到凍晒。好彩有個爐,凍左果啲可以放返落去燒下。而且枱與枱之間都比較迫,到8點左右開始都full場,所以環境比較嘈,同朋友傾偈都有啲辛苦。
