每年最期待壽司郎12月/1月出蟹,今年終於出咗~ 唔理今年食評好壞參半,一於親身嚟試試。特大水煮松葉蟹腳配松葉蟹拌蟹膏蟹腳的確比以前瘦削咗,但依然夠鮮甜,蟹膏份量足,$39來說性價比合理生松葉蟹腳呢款真心好食,而因為對壽司郎有信心才敢吃生蟹腳,$27算略貴,但香港比較少店舖食到,所以依然點了2碟。水煮松葉蟹腳啖啖肉不用落手拆,食得出蟹肉鮮味,$17性價比高。油甘魚天身稀有部位,遇到真係要講Timing 講緣份,點完1次次後已售完。口感同味道的確同一般油甘魚不同,各有所長芝麻醬油漬真鯛第一次見第一次試食,個人覺得個醬汁落太多太重手,掩蓋了鯛魚的鮮味。碳烤寒鰆魚呢款幾特別,輕輕烤熟,有香味亦有魚味,encore 多2碟。海苔蟹肉包,味道比較普通最後點了炸尤魚,夠熱夠香脆
