如果你同我一樣都係咁鍾意飲sake,咁你一定會愛上呢個地方🍶單單係一晚嘅飯局,都已經飲到7款唔同嘅sake😍對於我黎講,絕對係精彩嘅一晚🤭加上食店嘅環境氣氛比較昏暗,店嘅中間擺放住bar枱,氣氛好熱鬧,愈飲愈多都唔覺🫣؄坐低後先送上前菜小碟三文魚他他沙律🥗整個撻都可以食得🤪伴隨住嘅係帶有少少微甜嘅魚仔,呢個小碟應該係俾大家ready去享酒🤣§🪐 雞肝芝士拌勻醬呢個做法嘅雞肝唔會帶有腥味,雖然加咗芝士🧀但係又唔會有太腬嘅感覺😌而且入口香氣都幾濃厚,伴酒都係唔錯嘅選擇🍶§🪐 白松露芝士三文魚薄餅唔好以為佢細細塊好似無料到咁,實質佢係非常之足料😋每一啖都可以食得到三文魚嘅存在,而且焗到黃金香脆,都咪話唔邪惡👿§🪐 燒物白鰻|榮螺|黑豚腩肉|雞皮|雞胸軟骨|紫蘇葉雞胸肉燒物故知然係送酒必準嘅食物,但要好似佢咁每一樣食物都燒到啱啱好,就唔係度度地方都做得到🤤結合色、香、味三大元素,值得encore🙋🏻‍♀️我就特別喜歡佢個榮螺,肉質彈牙,夠晒鮮甜👍🏼§🪐 香炸蝶魚一條連骨都可以食埋嘅炸魚🫣細心地將魚骨分離再炸,但係魚肉一啲都唔會乾身,外脆內軟😋最後點都要食埋魚骨,脆卜卜勁有咬口,成碟清晒都無難度😆

當晚就飲咗以上呢7款sake🤤我就唔特別每款去講,因為佢地實在有太多款式根本不能盡錄😍但我好欣賞佢哋其中一個細心位,每一款sake除咗知佢係咩名之外,仲會列明產地、米類、精米步合、味道特性👍🏼

無idea既亦可以搵注場唎酒師幫手揀,可以因應你當晚嘅點餐去配合合適嘅酒種😉仲會定期舉辦清酒課程,會唔會太癲呀🤩
