又去盧爸爸食海鮮......食了幾次,也知道哩道菜式大多較濃味及蔥蒜較多,所以為免味道重複,點菜會特別小些.....招牌盧爸爸炒蜆:味道同之前有點不同.....冇咁夠味,只有辣味.....感覺有點差了!招牌盧爸爸炒聖子:轉了豉椒炒,唔怕同炒蜆同一個味.......今晚是竹聖子,幾大條....但唔夠豆豉味,不過聖子炒得剛好......其實我較喜歡肥嘟嘟既黃聖子多些!腐乳炒油麥菜:其實是蒜蓉炒菜+腐乳⋯⋯味道不錯,但蒜蓉真的超多!蒜香鮮油粉絲蒸扇貝:每次來都必叫,粉絲索晒汁,最好味,尤其是而家扇貝轉了品種,不是日本的,扇貝就緊加變了配角!焗花螺:平時多數是白灼或辣酒,第一次食焗既花螺,咸咸地,不過不失!酒煮鮑魚:原本以為是凍食,原來是熱的,幾得意.......可能濃味菜式較多,哩個算係幾清,鮑魚細細隻,一口一隻幾彈牙.....只是個汁有點杰!盧爸爸炒飯:雖然我冇食...因為太多蔥了!但見到個飯好乾身已對版!加上大家也讚好......就知哩個可保持到高水準!生炸鮮烏頭:不嬲都知哩道既蒸魚有一手,上次食過蒸魚,時間掌握得好好......今次試下炸魚.....一上枱超大碟,亦好吸引,以為大家飽飽
