有時諗唔到食咩好就會去 <牛極>價錢唔貴又可以自己裝配菜、飯、湯想食幾多就拎幾多而且門口個購票機次次都會令我諗翻起家鄉 (日本 🇯🇵)..牛肩排 top blade muscle (180g $85) : 每次牛排一上枱我一定會拎開放喺碗先,因為我食得比較慢,切開一嚿嚿先再逐嚿放上去燒。咁樣可以確保唔會燒得過熟,又唔使逼住自己食到趕頭趕命。例牌拎一大碗沙律菜,加一碗飯,每一啖就係一嚿肉加菜加飯,牛肩排有咬口得嚟又唔會太韌,牛味足夠,我終於燒到五成熟,加埋喜馬拉雅粉紅鹽就好夠味..
