To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不嬲中意食日本野,要數OMAKASE,相信大家都知元朗高手雲集,今次就黎試下一間係元朗都十分有名既「壽司之神」點左$900既SET前菜分別係八爪魚、大蝦、大根蘿蔔配Parma Ham同埋柚子啫喱。大蝦鮮甜彈牙,大根蘿蔔本身冇咩味,配咸味重既Parma Ham好合適子薑、牛蒡、准山牛蒡可以一口食哂,酸酸地,而且師傅仲沾左啲芝麻係頭,個感覺好似欣欣杯。第一次食准山係有wasabi 汁,食到最後都忍唔住問師傅可唔可以refill,師傅都好好人比多左幾舊。仲有子薑,本身少食日本餐廳啲薑,一黎本身唔太鍾意薑味,但呢舊就好易入口唔會好抗拒,食完師傅都有主動refill榨菜頭通常榨菜都好酸,特別係榨菜頭,反而呢舊就無乜酸味。真鯛第一道上既壽司,師傅話由淡味開始食起,呢款就真係清清地但又不失其魚香深海池魚食落比起一般既池魚爽口,重油份,但油而不膩,剛剛好油甘魚眾所週知油甘魚係出面食都好貴,亦都好受歡迎,有幸可以係壽司之神試到,不負所望,好好食,特別之處師傅係上面放左d柚子胡椒,柚子味同胡椒亦恰到好處。石垣貝今次見到師傅點處理石垣貝真係耳目一新,師傅將舊石垣貝放左係舊飯之後,會拍一拍,石𢬎貝頭/尾就會微
