To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗個Pesto sauce 意粉非常鹹，又加青椒，有加翠玉瓜，仲有蘆筍。奇奇怪怪。真係差過itamama ，但係價錢就係三倍。同收銀員反映，佢好盡責咁走去同佢經理講。但佢個經理竟然擰過頭過嚟，喵喵嘴望左我一眼，睬都唔睬我。真係極度冇禮貌。一定唔會再幫襯。ordered a pesto sauce fettuccine, it tasted very saltish. Also it is weird that the chef had added bell peppers, cumber and asparagus. The price was 3 times more expensive than itamama but it tasted the same or even worse. Feedback to the cashier and he did his due diligence and told his manager about it. Yet the manager just turned his head and glanced me once without

Yet the manager just turned his head and glanced me once without saying a single word! Such lack of courtesy behavior was terrible. Will never visit this chain restaurant again !
