我哋一家真係好鍾意食金山,每逢過時過節、生日慶生,諗唔到食咩嘅時候,都會揀食金山。今次我同細佬發辦,所以幾乎全部都嗌晒海鮮。細佬鍾意食蝦蟹甲殼類,所以嗌咗花甲王、大鬼蝦、奄仔蟹,我就揀咗一條東星仔同窩貼蝦膠小棠菜,當然炒菜同肉類都唔少得,就各嗌一樣。大鬼蝦我哋揀咗豉油皇做法,因為走過油,蝦殼勁香;花甲王就用咗最普遍做法,豉椒炒,夠晒惹味。奄仔用鹽焗,爆晒膏,yummy!條東星仔蒸得啱啱好,我一個人差唔多KO咗半條;窩貼小棠菜炸得香酥,蝦膠彈牙,媽咪食得好開心,仲話下次要再嗌。

好懷念佢以前晚市送嘅海帶綠豆沙,好好食,只送不賣,可惜疫情之後佢哋就唔再煲綠豆沙,想食都冇得食。
