To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經係第二次幫襯啦，第一次食得太快無影到相，今次要補番蟹肉海膽(左)，碎拖羅(右)蟹肉海膽幾好食，個海膽無咩腥味，都幾新鮮👍🏻 碎拖羅就無咩特別三文魚盛A三文魚真係好好食，三文魚腩咬落去d油脂勁正🤤👍🏻 炙燒都好好食，好香芝士味蒜蓉帶子 + 炙燒鰻魚 + 左口魚裙邊兩次都有叫呢三款，值得每次encore！蒜蓉好香，帶子好新鮮👍🏻左口魚裙邊唔識形容，但係好好食埋單計$338，壽司黎講真係好平，仲要咁好食😆 呢兩次都無買到希靈魚，希望下次幫襯嘅時候買到啦
