To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又平又好食的米芝蓮

其實開頭係唔知道麥記美食係米芝蓮, 只係俾佢既價錢吸引到, 因為真係好平叫左一個擔擔面($16) , 加一份鍋貼 ($10 有4件), 26蚊就食到一個午餐, 真係好開心, 老闆一定係良心老闆店鋪面積好小, 枱櫈都在店鋪外的路上, 其實都幾有風味但當日沒有堂食, 而係外賣返公司, 返到公司時仲係熱辣辣馬上試一口擔擔面, 面的軟硬度岩岩好, 面汁係較傑身, 所以我覺得似係汁, 唔係湯, 仲幾重花生醬味, 可能係用外賣碗既關係, 個碗細, 食到底既時候就覺得d面占得太多汁, 有d heavy, 整體黎講係好食的!鍋貼反而就不過不失啦, 皮好似硬左少少, 但熱辣辣咁食都係唔錯既兩樣野加埋都係26蚊, 已經好滿意呀
