平時在這餐廳選的,多是炸脾薯條或配沙律,因為炸脾冇得輸,即叫即炸,沒用太多炸醬,沒醃太濃,囗感滑滑的!今天假日,我合併早、午餐,選了生炒骨飯,估不到做到鼎爺所講:汁要收得乾一點,而排骨表面仍脆脆的(眀顯是即叫即炸即用),比大酒家的生炒骨好多倍
