雖然呢間餐廳可以選擇嘅食物都唔算多但係入面都有牛扒食而且價錢會貴所以就即管試一試店員詢問我哋想食嘅生熟程度要是廚師嘅手勢同埋要食牛扒嘅味道就梗係選擇medium rare不過呢個生熟程度就真係好考廚師嘅手勢因為只要手手戰多幾十秒好多時都已經會過咗火牛扒上到枱見到有煎個個嘅坑紋已經知道煎嘅功夫有幾好一切開之後果然冇令我失望入面依然保持粉紅色而且仲見到牛下肉汁流出來食落口牛扒冇根冇渣而且牛肉味道好濃郁,以$178呢個價錢真係完全對得住性價比好高

見到有煎個個嘅坑紋
已經知道煎嘅功夫有幾好
一切開之後果然冇令我失望入面依然保持粉紅色
而且仲見到牛下肉汁流出來
