To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天在柴湾地铁站放工,便找找晚餐吃什么。在兴华商场发现了这间餐厅,餐厅装饰漂亮吸引了我而且看见外面排着外卖的人龙,便决定试一试这间餐厅。我与他们一样都是外卖回家吃的。点了三样食物:金银蛋肉碎浸白菜仔,盐焗鸡和虾酱牛菘炒饭。首先,这家应该是我买外卖最快可取食物的餐厅。全部食物都包得很好,回到家中(金银蛋肉碎浸白菜仔是有汤的)食物完整,汤完全没有漏出。金银蛋肉碎浸白菜仔可能因回家路程因素,白菜仔完全吸收了肉碎的味道,便更加美味。盐焗鸡鸡肉很嫩,而且鸡肉很入味。鸡皮外有少许的芝麻,一口连皮吃真是美味极了,肉的嫩,皮的滑,芝麻的香,很好很好。最后,虾酱牛菘炒饭,这炒饭很好味。不太重虾酱味,牛肉碎却不少。饭不是很干身但我比较喜欢,而且更配合这饭。
