To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食晏特登過西環呢間人氣小店，店仔細細，果然要排十五分鐘左右先入到座，雖然佢鋪面唔大，但座位唔會好逼，坐起上嚟都舒服嘅我嗌咗菜膽雲吞排骨麵同凍奶茶首先清湯好好飲，三大粒雲吞勁足餡，咬落去好厚實，菜同肉嘅比例剛剛好，皮唔會太厚，但又唔會穿，麵嘅份量多，有咬口，排骨本身夠淋，但唔會粉，一層薄薄地嘅炸粉，炸得啱啱好，點少少佢啲辣醬食係冇得彈，杯奶茶就正正常常店面嘅叔叔招呼好周到，又熱情又有禮貌，俾四十幾蚊食到份量咁足同味道唔錯嘅麵，真係超值

首先清湯好好飲，三大粒雲吞勁足餡，咬落去好厚實，菜同肉嘅比例剛剛好，皮唔會太厚，但又唔會穿，麵嘅份量多，有咬口，排骨本身夠淋，但唔會粉，一層薄薄地嘅炸粉，炸得啱啱好，點少少佢啲辣醬食係冇得彈，杯奶茶就正正常常

店面嘅叔叔招呼好周到，又熱情又有禮貌，俾四十幾蚊食到份量咁足同味道唔錯嘅麵，真係超值
