相信今次介紹呢間位於屯門嘅米線店應該好多人都有食過,就係「雲川燒」啦。作為屯門名物,喺店舖出邊已經聞到好香。我同朋友各自叫咗一碗米線,再加左一份手撕雞。我叫咗燒豬頸肉豬骨湯紅薯粉。佢哋嘅豬頸肉係切絲,唔係一塊塊嘅,食起上嚟真係好方便,口感煙韌彈牙,而且醃得好夠味,真係一定要試。朋友叫嘅係香茅豬扒魚湯紅薯粉。同朋友交換咗啲豬扒嚟試,咬落去肉質鮮嫩,完全冇痴牙。魚湯夠曬清甜,如果唔鍾意太重口味嘅話可以試下呢度嘅魚湯。紅薯粉方面,佢哋煮得啱啱好,保留到紅薯粉嘅煙煙韌韌,但係又唔會好似咬極都唔斷嗰啲橡筋咁,食得太多米線嘅話真係要試吓食紅薯粉。手撕雞方面,份量以小食嚟講都幾足料,本身已經用少少麻油撈勻咗,灑埋黑白芝麻,已經好夠香,再點埋麻醬,就更加夠味。大家有機會去屯門一定要嚟呢間雲川燒,性價比極高,大推。
