To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說元氣今期的播獎活動就真的吸引了，滿180大元立即可以抽出永不落空的獎品。為了這個而單人食滿180的人應該不止我一個，不過青衣城元氣的米飯最近真偏硬及冷，看來是放了不短的時間，不過菜單的3式壽司價廉物美，上面的肉片倒是新鮮，分別叫了蝦貝3點、貝3點、極上吞拿魚3點也是鮮甜肥美，溫度適中。另外，期間限定壽司亦有元氣比較少推出的鰹魚及明太子軍艦款式，事次鰹魚採用了蒜頭洋蔥大味配搭，增添了整個味濃層次。而明太子軍艦款則配搭了鮮帆立貝，大約總和是半隻帆立貝大小。實在大滿足。
