Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日在佐敦搵食，路過這間餐廳，給他們的牛腩味所吸引，地方不算大，但座得舒服，茶餐廳的格局，牆上貼上餐廳的主打美食相片。見餐廳名就知道這裡出名的是咖哩及牛腩，所以一定要試一下吧!先來一個清湯牛坑腩配生麵，牛坑腩比牛腩更有油花，半肥瘦的，又香又腍，用清湯的做法，不但可帶出牛腩的鮮味，加入白蘿蔔還可以幫助提起湯底的甜味，蘿蔔亦相當清甜腍身入味，生麵亦沒有鹼水味。另外來一個咖哩薯仔金錢肚，份量頗大，咖哩香濃，香辣適中，薯仔腍身，配上金錢肚都是第一次，金錢肚爽口彈牙，蜂窩肚吸收了所有咖哩汁，十分惹味，送飯一流。另外，清清地叫多一碟菜心，嫩綠脆口。
